Overview
Ciùfaù Se was founded durring the late 12th century in fall of the year 1054, by Trodairk Rhys. The establishment of Ciùfaù Se was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Ciùfaù Se's construction back out of the project. Trodairk Rhys pushed on reguardles, and Ciùfaù Se was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Ciùfaù Se was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Ciùfaù Se is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Ciùfaù Se is is constructed arround a series of spacious packed earth mainstreets which form concentric circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to each other at varrious points. The town rests behind the absurdity that is a thick, timber braced, wall made of clay bricks. While visualy impressive and certainly an astetic, Ciùfaù Se's wall provides no actual defence against siege equipment due to the choice of its cosntruction materials. Even nonexperts can tell the town is trying to impress rather than defend with its walls, towers, and gatehouses. Though admittedly, they do look nice... To primitive tribals who have never seen fortifications before. The political statment focused walls has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.
Ciùfaù Se has the unmistakable air of a town on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Ciùfaù Se ’s existence has dried up and the town is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up. The locals seem to have responded to their slow downfall by recreating Ciùfaù Se as one of the strictest places imaginable. Everyone’s actions are clearly directed by laws they keep in heart and mind at all times. Orderly byond order is a phrase which the town brings to mind.

Cultural Notes
Ciùfaù Se's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used makes use of a large oblong hall or building with double colonnades and a semicircular apse and symmetrical central-plan, resulting in buildings with a square central mass and four arms of equal length. Decorative features included domed rooves, arches, soaring spaces, and sumptuous decoration: marble columns and inlay, mosaics on the vaults, inlaid-stone pavements, and sometimes gold coffered ceilings.
In Ciùfaù Se rainbows form quite often above the Town.
Ciùfaù Se's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in spring and involves embarking on a group pilgrimage to channel Elven High Magic energies of tier 1 via mimery.

This may be the seat of a regional lord, or it could be the traditional residence of a high priest, great magus, merchant house, or other wielder of influence. The community itself may or may not be under their direct control, but the wishes of the august figure must be acknowledged by the locals.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century, Ciùfaù Se was attacked by soldiers from another nation, with orders to raid Ciùfaù Se. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Ciùfaù Se lost 208 people, 268 livestock, and 28 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 82, when members of Ciùfaù Se's militia enacted an operation to capture a particular enemy prototype intact. The operation was complicated by a significant percentage of the militia choose to go abandon the operation and return home. The conflict ended with an assault and siege on the bridge, which ended in defeat for Ciùfaù Se's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Ciùfaù Se's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
